A King's Rochester Senior School Production of the hit musical...

Celebrate life, as old traditions and new love collide to bring a world of possibilities to one man in this joyous and timely musical. Join Tevye on an unexpected journey when his daughters - who want to take their lives and future happiness into their own hands - challenge his views on life, love and tradition. Meanwhile, there is unrest in his community as the winds of change blow through his tiny, close-knit village.

Featuring an iconic score including songs such as Tradition; Matchmaker; Sunrise, Sunset; and If I were a Rich Man. The original 1964 production held the record for the longest running Broadway musical for 10 years, winning 9 Tony Awards including Best Musical.

Rich in historical and ethnic detail, Fiddler on the Roof's universal theme of tradition has touched audiences worldwide with its humour, warmth and honesty. This show cuts across barriers of race, class, nationality and religion; leaving audiences crying tears of laughter, joy and sadness.
